Processing Policies – Orders will be processed in a timely manner. All orders shall be processed within 1 business day.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express
Shipping Policies – All Orders are shipped on Monday through Thursday only. ( except Holidays).
The Order cut off for same day processing and shipping is 10:00 am EST.
All Orders are shipped signature release, via UPS using 2 day delivery methods:
Monday: Orders received by 10:00 am will be delivered Tuesday afternoon / pm UPS delivery.
Tuesday: Orders received by 10:00 am will be delivered Wednesday afternoon / pm UPS delivery.
Wednesday: Orders received by 10:00 am will be delivered Thursday afternoon / pm UPS delivery.
Thursday: Orders received by 10:00 am will be delivered Friday afternoon / pm UPS delivery.
Perishable Items Can not be shipped over a weekend and can not be delivered / received on a
Sunday or on a Monday.
If you wish to make other arrangements please contact us, or note this in the instructions when placing your order.
Incorrect Addresses: Your Shipping Address must be correct. We can not make a timely delivery to an incorrect address. We Reserve the right to charge an additional Fees for address corrections or wrong addresses which will be passed on to the purchaser. Sorry we can not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
All Crab Cakes with be in a sealed individual Styro foam containers.
All soups will be in a Sealed & Taped Plastic containers, properly marked for identification.
All ordered Products will be shipped in a RE-USABLE Insulated Styro foam Container and corrugated box with gel packs or dry ice to ensure our product freshness.
Shipping Gifts: We strongly recommend that you notify the recipients of a pending perishable delivery.
We do not call gift recipients to inform them of pending deliveries!
Refund Policies: Catonsville Gourmet guarantees all of our Crab Cakes and Soups. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused portion for a 100% refund*** within 36 hours of receipt, re-pack the unused products in the original packing materials used to ship it to you, then return the package to: Catonsville Gourmet ( address Listed on policy Sheet)

Cancellation Policies – If you need to cancel an order it must be done by 2 PM on the day the order was placed or all charges will apply from purchase! No cancellation fee added if cancelled by 2 PM on the day of order placement!
